- Ralph Bosse, was head of the CPD Traffic Division. Captain Bosse, later was Chief Ralph A. Bosse, Chief of Police who hired me as an entry level police office in 1971. I was later assigned to the Traffic Division. I was 4 years old when this photo was taken.
