- I don't think this was taken at Dixie, as the track circled the football field and was raised a bit. As I recall from being on the track team in the 60's this may have been at a meet with Boone County. Their track sat down surrounded by treed hills.

- The coach on the right is our father Lew Phillips. Is there any other info on this photo? Where it was taken, year, etc. We have never seen this before.

- I can't help with the student but the man in the dark sweat suit looks like coach Lewis Lee Phillips. He coached basketball and track at Dixie for years.
