Comments:
- This is a photo of a patient chart rack in the nurses' station on the fourth floor. The metal, spring-loaded, top-opening clipboard chart holders were designed with a rod at the top and stored by hanging them in this rack. The charts were organized in the rack by the patients' room numbers. Please note that room 431 was a four bed ward which is rarely seen in healthcare facilities today.
